Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how Cargonetix issues refunds for subscription fees. Cargonetix does not process payments for shipments — those are handled directly between shippers and carriers and are not covered here.
1. Subscription refunds
Monthly and annual Pro subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, except as required by applicable law or as outlined below.
2. 7-day refund window (annual plans)
New annual subscribers may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase, provided fewer than 5 bids have been submitted during the period. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Service interruptions
If a verified, prolonged service outage materially prevents you from using Pro features, you may request a prorated credit toward your next billing cycle.
