Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel your Cargonetix Pro subscription and how cancellations affect a confirmed shipment booking.

1. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account → Subscription page. Cancellation stops automatic renewal at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain Pro access (including 50 bids per 30-day period and Marketplace access) until that cycle ends.

Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days. Annual subscriptions renew every 365 days. No partial refund is issued for the unused portion of an active cycle (see the Refund Policy for exceptions).

2. Shipment cancellation by the shipper

A shipper may cancel a posted shipment at no cost before any bid is accepted. Once a bid is accepted, cancellation must be coordinated directly with the carrier; the carrier may charge reasonable cancellation or deadhead fees as agreed.

3. Shipment cancellation by the carrier

Carriers who cancel an accepted shipment within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to platform penalties, including reduced visibility on future loads. Repeated late cancellations can result in account suspension.
