These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cargonetix platform (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Truckers must hold a valid commercial driver’s license and any permits required by their jurisdiction.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Cargonetix immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Marketplace role
Cargonetix is a technology platform that connects shippers and carriers. We are not a freight broker, motor carrier, or party to any shipping agreement between users. Shippers contract directly with carriers; payment for transportation services flows directly between them.
